Did not fix the leak, but made it worse. Complete lock of communication. Agreed to return $300 of total paid as work was not completed OR satisfactory. Then denied refund and blocked access to request refund on cash app. Completely and utterly disappointed. Warning others and will no longer be using Thumbtack for ANYTHING either. If you're going to run a small business, start by not screwing people over.
