- What types of customers have you worked with?
Carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, wax/buffing and pressure washing are the services that are offered to residential and commercial customers. I currently service daycare centers, office buildings, apartments, churches, convenience stores, and doctors offices.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently cleaned a two bedroom apartment, stairs and rugs for a client. The client moved into the apartment and the carpet had a bad odor, was very dirty and soiled. The previous tenants had pets and smoked in the apartment. She was also suffering from allergies since moving into the apartment. The client tried to clean the carpet with her carpet machine, but it broke. After cleaning with the rotovac 360i all the stains were completely gone and the entire apartment smelled clean and fresh, the high traffic areas that were matted on the stairs were standing up and were no longer flat and matted. The customer was very pleased and amazed at the amount of dirt and animal hair that was removed from her carpets.
