- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have invested in the best equipment and paid for professional training provided by the Southeast Softwash company. I have dual blend softwash capability with the 7.5 GPM electric and the 11.5 GPM gas pumps. My price includes cost of fuel, marketing, equipment maintenance, softwash soltions etc. Overhead cost run about 25% of the job estimate. Estimates are completed on site on the day of the job. Preliminary estimates over the phone upon initial contact, generally will not change unless information was incompleted when initial contact was initiated. I will provide a 10% dicount to veterans, first responders, local and state police.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical conversation with a new customer covers details necessary to schedule the job if it is agreed upon. I would ask for details about your house and what areas you want cleaned. It is helpfull if the customer knows the size of the house, patio, and driveway areas they want cleaned. I have base prices by square foot of area that vary depending on the degree of difficulty and risk. If customers will take photos on their i-phone and send it to me by text it aids me in completeing a accurate estimate. I use the google maps street and satelite views to get a look at the residence when available. I schedule at your convenience durring my normal work hours. I will stay in contact with you before the scheduled workday as weather often can delay the work. I cannot work durring raining or high-wind conditions. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates Degree in Occupational Education. I was professionally trained in the process, handling, equipment application, risk abatement and blending technology for the use of soft wash chemicals by the largest manufacturer of soft wash equipment in the US, Southeast Softwash.
