Jacob was a great tech. Called at night for an emergency and had him dispatched at 8am. Worked with us on prices. Great customer service, respectful, and had everything fixed within 1 hour. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing service done to our house! We have had problems with our sewer for months, and David did an amazing job with exceptional pace at getting us sewer blockage free!!!

Yannis was very pleasant to work with, he deserving of 5 STAR. The company however, was unable to clear the line and recommend digging for replacement which was incredibly expensive. We hired a second plumber with a stronger auger for another opinion and he cleared the line without issue. The other plumber charged over $300 less than High Tide.
