Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I take the needed time to make sure the work is done right. I take great care in the handling of my customers items, doing things like putting towels or cloths under their items to make sure they don't get scratched. The biggest part is at TBA Technologies, we do not have a "good enough" attitude. The jobs get done right or we don't take them in. For starters I don't like my job, I love it. I enjoy all aspects of my job. At times it's very easy and other times it's very trying and challenging and that's what makes it interesting. The best part about the job is supplying a needed service at affordable prices to my customers and the look on their faces when they get their product back in working order at or even below the quoted price.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Because we offer such a variety of repair services, there really is no one thing that we do more of. We do a lot of laptop repairs, on-site service, and virus removal.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look at everything about the tech. Look at the way they keep shop. Look at the way they deal with customers in front of you. Watch out for Craigslist techs working from home. Not all of these techs will be bad, in fact most are in school and some are very talented, but still be cautious. Also look for warranties or guarantees. Will the tech stand behind his or her work?
