- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages that combine services for lower costs, including basic, standard and advanced levels, as well as a more a la carte system for clients who want only specific services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Oh yes. Every single day, I'm reading about new technologies and continuously learning. We're not afraid to delve into new areas to test them out. We find better ways of doing what we do. We acknowledge that change will always come, and we're dedicated to staying ahead of the game with online education tools and constantly updating libraries, watch podcasts ... if we're not learning, we're not growing, and if we're not growing, then we shouldn't be in this business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a tech guy. When I started my first company -- Red Wire Films -- I needed to build a web site. Back then, we had to learn the ins and outs of difficult systems. Over time, my need to take care of my own site and that of family, it began to grow into a full-service company I use to help others and their dreams.
