- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No the pricing standards various from venue to venue, we do require a 25% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of business experience, have hosted and catered numerous of events in Chicago. As a Realtor I hosted, catered and decorated listed home with guest ranging from 20 to 150 guest, at Baird and Warner Realty. Catered annual picnics at Trinity United Church serving 200+. Currently the Owner and main cook at Lee's Heavenly BBQ for the past 3 years. We catered 200+ guest for Coach Braddy's Foundation Precious Tymes in Brandon, MS, and Springhill Christian Center Church Pastor's 29th Anniversary serving 90+ guest in Raymond, MS. The hands-on experiences from Chicago and MS have allowed us to experience and learn a vast range of skills and catering techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Currently own and operates Lee's Heavenly BBQ; and have a passion for cooking and allowing others to enjoy good quality food. My business naturally evolved into catering due to local demands.
