Brian is very personable. He came out on 2/4/15 and discussed options that would work with our site.Gave us a quote of $6000 the next day. We chose him on 2/6/15.He said he needed a check for $3800 that day to order materials and we gave it to him. He sent text on 2/9/15 moving the start date to 2/16/15.On 2/13/15 I sent pic to confirm they were the pavers I wanted. They were not, but he said he could order those for $1/foot more. Then we hit a rainy spell. Crew came out on 2/18 and busted up about a third of the concrete. Finished that up next day, but didn't get back until 3/12 for french drain. On 3/12 he asked for another $1200, which we paid. Nothing happened after that. He said they 'moved a little dirt' on 3/31 and that they had the wrong pavers on 4/8. on 4/30 said he was getting stuff there in the morning. Another no show. Then got text today, 5/5/15, that something had come up and he couldn't finish the job. He said he would return $4000, but it will take a week. So we have a non-functional patio and are waiting on the refund, but really think the track record would indicate that we may not get it without a struggle. Nevermind that we have out of town guests coming in for a wedding this weekend. Not a good experience. If he pays up, I will post that.
