After our phone call, we had scheduled for one of his handyman to come out to my shop today, but they never showed up and I didn’t receive a call/message to reschedule.

Mrs. Ella, I am so sorry about this. I put this job in our system but it had my name as the assigned tech instead of the tech that was supposed to be assigned. Therefore my guys never got the notice on their ST. This was my fault the correct tech was not assigned. Can we make it up to you by coming out tomorrow? If you’ll give us another chance, I will make sure the correct tech is assigned and I will follow up with them.

I was very happy with the service professional that came out and gave me a Safety Home inspection. I called and spoke with Tami and she was very helpful with my concerns and sent her technician out in a very timely manner. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property. Plus, our service comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty.
