- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer different pricing depending on the service/services requested. Pricing is given upon job request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with our customers over the phone, to get a better understanding of their move. We also connect by email. Thereafter, once all information has been gathered, and pricing has been confirmed, we get a scheduled date and time of the clients choice or depending on openings we let the clients know when we are available. Booking with us is FREE. Afterwards, we follow up the day before the services are to take place in case of any changes, and then on the day scheduled, we proceed with the services. Communication is important to us, so we make sure to always keep our customers informed, and make sure that we are always available for our customers if they have any questions or concerns prior, during, and or after a service has taken place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I , Whitney Booker, the owner and move coordinator for Top Pro Movers, possess a certificate, diploma, and associate's degree in business. I also have two certifications through UHaul pertaining to moving help. My company is also partnered and sponsored by Uhaul on the movinghelp.com website. Not to mention, we have some of the best lead men a moving company could ask for. Our lead men movers are experience with anywhere between 2 to 5 or more years in moving, always making sure all of our guys are properly trained and know how to properly handle moving our customer's items professionally and with care.
