What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on distance, number of hours to complete the job, and the clients overall budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to schedule a phone interview, and then a face to face meeting with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! Photography and Design workshops whenever possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Love, love, love making things look pretty and love telling a story through photographs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Furniture and paint color selections for design; Portraits, couples and family for photography.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just finished building a queen size pallet bed on industrial wheels. It turned out beautifully. Already have inquiries about cost to build more of them. We also just finished a maternity shoot with a young mother and her new baby boy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If at all possible talk with someone who has used that person before, and if they were pleased with the services. Someone can have the right credentials, but not be the right person for you. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How passionate we are about our art and the attention that's paid to the most minute detail.
