Thank you, Calen B./TradesTrust for quickly responding to my SOS callout for help on Jan 23rd and for showing up the very next day within the specified time, as promised(sadly, in today’s business arena, this is not always the case…). Calen arrived and did a walk-around while listening to my issue/concerns and shortly thereafter, went straight to work to address/locate what at that time, was suspected to be a possible underground water leak at my home and not a city water department issue. All other possibilities at my home leading up to the date of his arrival had been checked to no avail. As a single homeowner, I was so very grateful for his kindness, his patience and for taking the time to actually listen to me. A short while later he pointed out the problem/an underground leak and presented me with a couple of option(s) to resolve it if I was ready to move forward. I listened to him and felt comfortable with my decision to trust his knowledge, judgment and that I was presented with a fair and reasonable price. Calen informed me of what he intended to do and kept me apprised of his progress throughout the repair. He understood that since December, this had been a stressful situation for me in dealing with the high cost of daily/literally minute-by-minute increasing water usage which nothing I had done prior to reaching out to him had resolved. He did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing my water line issue and in record time. As of yesterday, the water company assured me the “Alert” at my address has now ended. I highly recommend Calen to any/all others who may now or in the future, need expert, professional and timely residential plumbing repairs.
