- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There really is no set price for doing tree work of any sort,,,I normally ask myself what would I pay to have this type of work done.😀
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients,,, I like to let them tell me all about what they want done,,, and I listen to every word,,, and I mean listen afterwards we discuss what I can do for them in a timely manner(weather permitting of course)lol,,, we now have bob-cats and dump trailers so we can be very versatile
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands on,,,I have always been very quick to catch on to things. The one thing that I had not done was work around power lines,,, so I took three years and went to work for the power company trimming around the power lines,,,very smart choice,,, I learned so much,,, so now when people want things done around power lines I can do this for them,,, much more versatile
