FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At HomeLyft Restoration, we provide clear, upfront pricing tailored to each project. Every estimate is detailed so you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden fees. We accept credit cards and offer flexible financing options to make restoration work more manageable. For qualifying projects, we also provide discounts and work directly with insurance when applicable to help minimize out-of-pocket costs. Our goal is to make the process transparent, fair, and stress-free while delivering the highest-quality restoration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At HomeLyft Restoration, our process starts with listening. We begin by learning about the customer’s situation, assessing the damage, and answering any questions they may have. From there, we provide a clear plan of action, walk them through the steps, and handle communication with insurance if needed. Our team then gets to work quickly with state-of-the-art equipment and certified technicians, keeping the customer updated every step of the way. Our goal is always to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while restoring the property to “better than before.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is IICRC certified in Water, Fire, Smoke, Odor, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup. We also hold OSHA safety certifications, are a Mississippi state-licensed contractor, and maintain EPA and MDEQ certifications for lead safety. Additionally, we are certified in Fortified Roofing, are members of the Mississippi Windstorm Association, and hold a Mississippi State Mold Certification. Combined with decades of hands-on restoration and construction experience along the Gulf Coast, we bring both technical expertise and local knowledge to every project.
