Introduction: I have over 12 years of massage experience with a masters in sports medicine, and I'm a licensed athletic trainer. I specialize in medical and sports massage with emphasis on rehabilitation. Unlike a swedish or relaxation massage, I put together a treatment plan to work on specific problems or work towards a particular goal using variety of techniques and tools. Your session includes tailored exercises and tips to help you achieve your goals faster so, you can live pain free and get back to life. You can also, add CBD treatment to your session for extra pain relief. I'm currently only working on Saturday and Sunday. *Also, I do not practice nuru, soft touch or any type of sensual massage.

Nicky is incredible! I saw her for muscle pain I had in my upper back and shoulder. She spent a few minutes before our massage to talk through what was bothering me and then worked through my muscles very skillfully. This was the best massage I've ever gotten - just the right amount of pressure and no frills. My back and shoulders are grateful! :D

I had booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage abs she was fantastic with getting into all those muscles that were giving me issues. Only wished that I had more time to for her to work on my muscles. Just sad that she’s moving from the area but know that her new location she works from will be very lucky to have her.

Nicky is wonderful! Before the massage we sat & discussed my problem areas & health issues. She explained her technique & was open to feedback. I am very “tender-muscled,” but she found just the right pressure without hurting me. She is so sweet & professional! Her home is clean & comfortable with a room dedicated to the massage table & quiet relaxation. I will be working with her on a regular basis!
