What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There should never be one price to paint a home. Prices can greatly vary depending on things like material, accent walls, longer warranties etc. We always like to provide 2-3 different prices for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial call to discuss your project. After that we schedule a time to meet where the project is to take place and discuss colors, product, timeline, and pricing. If needed, we also schedule a color consultation where we put test samples on your house.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from residential to some commercial.
