FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal training is sold in packs of 5 one-hour sessions for $275 or 10 one-hour sessions for $500. Sessions are paid for in full prior to or at the first session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer fills out a PAR-Q form to make sure they have no physical ailments that need doctor approval prior to exercise. After the PAR-Q is filled out, we do postural and strength assessments to determine a starting point that is appropriate. Client goals are then discussed and a plan that includes number of workouts per week, nutrition tips, and healthy lifestyle tips are agreed on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and have been working as a trainer since 2008. I have held certifications from NESTA, NFPT, and ACE in previous years and now prefer to use the NASM model. I am also CPR/AED certified. My continuing education credits are in the areas of nutrition, HIIT, female hormones relating to age and weight loss, and business development skills.
