Matt Peale was my first experience with a trainer and i am hooked! I did the normal circuits before but matt taught me how to get a tough workout in the short amount of time i have for the gym. He would casually give me the 25 pound weight instead of my normal 10 and i did it! He taught me exercises that worked my whole body at one time instead of one part at a time. It definitely transformed my body to a more defined fit look. Matt is also super to work with, easy going, always professional, knows his stuff and will unkowingly push you!
