At Ichunk Ujunk, we believe in transparent, commercial-grade pricing with zero hourly surprises. We use 26-foot large box trucks—significantly larger than standard junk removal trailers—to ensure we can handle massive REO and estate jobs in fewer trips. Here is how we structure our rates for the Hattiesburg area: Volume-Based Pricing (No Hourly Rates) We charge strictly by the load size, not by the hour. This means our team is incentivized to work efficiently, and you know your total cost before we even pull out of the driveway. 1/4 Truck Load: $700 1/2 Truck Load: $1,200 3/4 Truck Load: $1,700 Full Truck Load (26' Box): $2,200 Note on Hazardous Waste: To maintain our commercial standards and safety protocols, we do not remove hazardous materials, including chemicals, paints, oils, tires, or batteries. Why Load Size Matters Because we utilize 26-foot trucks (approximately 60 cubic yards of capacity), a "Full Load" with us often covers what would take a standard junk franchise 3 or 4 trips to complete. This pricing structure is specifically dialed in for high-volume needs like Real Estate Cleanouts, Fix & Flip debris, and Hoarding situations.
