- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty simple pricing. I charge per student and need to have an accurate estimate on the number of participants to properly prepare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I renew my instructor certification every 2 years and am required to teach at least 4 classes in the 2 year period. Needless to say, I well exceed the minimum requirements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly I teach for healthcare professionals who are required to maintain CPR certification for their line of work. I have also taught for Boy Scouts and non healthcare professionals.
