We just met Taleen on Sunday. She was print and on time for our meeting. She took her time to walk through the house, got to know us, and listened to our areas of concern for the house. She got us right on the calendar for 2 days later. Today she clean the house and WOW!!! Everything is shining! And I like that it smells fresh in the home, but not overpowered with the cleaner smell. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are different for Standard VS Deep cleanings. Deep cleans are more due to more detail and more areas cleaned. Laundry, making beds, dishes & interior windows will be an extra charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule meet & greets with new clients. That way I can meet them and they can meet me. I will provide a set price, then the new Client can decide is that works for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning in Charlotte NC in 2010 with a commercial company. Then in 2017 I decided to move to SWFL and start my own company. Best decision I ever made.
