He not only fixed my original problem but also repaired a leaky faucet, tightened a loose faucet, replaced a tub faucet, and adjusted my cooktop that the gas company had messed up. At first, he was quick to respond, but then his replies seemed slower—though he mentioned he thought he had sent a text, and I understand how that happens. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Had several tv’s mounted, and a ceiling fan. Knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining and providing choices/options.
