Ricky assessed my original damage to my 11x11 room. Agreed to replace and repair floor for $3600, but after I gave him $2600 deposit, he arrived a week later, removed all bamboo and threw it in my front lawn, although he stated he would dispose of old materials. Then dug a hole in my subfloor and wall, spent 30 minutes here and raised the price to $10K! I asked for refund for deposit after he created more damage and left, but he has failed to return money after stating he would. He’s a liar and a thief!
