Keeping true to Creole traditions is dear to my heart. Creole, soul, and other ethnic cuisines are the backbone of my culinary experience. Food is life and cooking is my passion. Cooking for me is relaxation and it provides joy to me for by allowing me to something that makes others happy. I’ve been a hospitality professional since 1999. I began as a bartender and worked my way up to management, ending up in the kitchens of New Orleans finest hotels and restaurants.

The best food in the Laurel area. We use her for all our cakes, too. The cakes are better than all the local bakeries.

Let me start by saying what a PLEASURE it was to work with her!. Responsive, Talented, and Personable. I gave her CREATIVE LICENSE TO DO HER THANG, and she did EXACTLY that! Her Pricing is affordable and she is upfront about every charge. I ordered the cake from New Jersey to a friend who is local to the Bakery and she followed all instructions effortlessly. I had no concerns at all about quality, or timely delivery. If you are unsure about ordering, don't, you will not be disappointed!

Not only does Bebop create delectable works of art, she is also a master wordsmith. She will make the coldest MF weep for his mamma with her verbal slayage. As she is crushing your heart with words, you will be unable to stop the admiration rise from the pit of your stomach and reach into your crushed soul. Her verbal skills are the stuff of legend.
