Introduction: We have our own recipes and we have the best catfish you've ever eaten. Our base product, which is Mississippi, farmed raised catfish, deserves a lot of the credit, if we didn't have an awesome base product, we couldn't make it very far. I enjoy meeting new people and the ability to travel to our customers. Its always different from job to job. Its fun pulling up to a job and 30 min later we are ready to serve. We've fed up to 720 people out of our catering Wagon in only 2 hours and 10 min. Everyone was served fresh hot food. We also provide sweet and unsweet tea for a small additional fee.
