What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free On-Site Estimates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we offer a Free Estimate. Once the client accepts the estimate we charge 10% of the total upfront and then move forward to preparing the working environment, repairing all that needs to be repaired, and beginning the painting stage. Once the painting is finished and all minor touch-ups are done we then start cleaning up the work environment. After a manager or site overseer walks around and gets approval from the homeowner that their idea has been brought to reality and that they are more than happy with the results, the final payment is sent.
