Hired to replace my liner. My new liner looks great but did experience some issues. Left my cover on the grass for more than 10 days until he finally came to fold it up, put the old liner in a pile at the end of my driveway and it blew all over my neighborhood which I had to go and pick up, he painted my white trim and it is now starting to chip, said he would "open" my pool but was surprised I wanted the filter cartridges rinsed and for the pool to be on. I ended up having to open my filter myself in the rain, take out the cartridges, rinse the cartridges and get the pool turned on because he said he would do it in the morning and when I got home it wasn't done. The pool had been filled for several days and I needed to get the water moving. He told me he would add foam to the walls of my pool but then he didn't. When I asked he said the walls were in great shape and didn't need. Measured for the liner with the cover on and quoted me a price. When he removed the cover he realized he didn't measure correctly and then charged me more. Like I said, the liner does look great, I like the new light he installed, just think he needs to be more professional with what he promises a customer. I have used thumbtack many times, from DJs, carpet cleaning, installing a fan, fixing my garage doors and I have always left a 5 star rating. I don't feel I am that hard to please.

Positively the most ridiculous customer I've ever dealt with and on top of the bad review even though she likes the liner and light I did at cost, she Shorted me $150!!!!!!
