Stucco work was fine even thought very sloppy job done all over my house have to repaint my whole deck. We have a major problem with this company that they drill into our pool and made a hole in our return line and was suppose to come back and repair the leak instead of calling us to come out they sneak up on my house didn't ring the door bell or even try to call us that they are there to fix the hole. No one was home at the time but my husband got an alert that someone is at the back of the house ( if they did I would have them on camera. I only has them on the camera in the back side of the pool) sneaking up to fix the leak so that we don't know how he did it. Later text us that he fix the leak I call a pool leak detection company out and they say it doesn't not hole the test pressure We been trying to call them and text them with no reply. Think we will that this in legal matter. If he doesn't reply to us. Very bad company to trust and do business with.Dec 14, 2017Verified
We started this project in December of 2015. After months of Christmas, rainy January, the project stretched way into February- March. We was supposed to come back to do some touch up work, and never returned. His crew also got stucco on our shutters and landscaping. Would not recommend.Sep 30, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Stucco is normally bid by the square foot. We are pretty consistent with the average price. Usually using this app I need more information and need to come out and do an on site inspection in order to give you a honest quote. My inspections and quotes are free of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I treat all of my customers the same no matter if it's a contractor whom I have worked with for several years or a first time homeowner they all are treated with respect .... I try to treat each person the way I would expect to be treated and I and my crew treat each project as if it were our own. I will say this though about new customers that are not familiar with the process of Stucco. It's a heavy construction process and over the years I have found that every now and then ( usually once a year) we will get a customer that doesn't realize what it takes to do a project and think it's just a paint product... it's not It contains concrete and normally consists of scaffolding and a lot of manuel labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Stucco application is constantly comming out with a new system and as applicators we must stay updated with the newest systems. I always attend any new seminars thru the distributors. In order to be certified thru a distributor you must pass a written and application test. Being certified the distributors then will warranty our work. Me personally have over 25 years experience in all phases of Stucco ranging from the original conventional system, the EFIS or synthetic system, We also offer what is called the hard coat system using dura rock for strength. Have commercial and residential experience.
