Hired Rick to repair AC at a rental property. Tenants were dealing with super hot weather and they have a baby at the home. Rick was on time and available same day and on Saturday he stated that it was 1st a freon leak, then found it was the compressor not just the freon. Promised he would get me an estimate to repair the compressor, which he said would set me at about $1600, that was option 1, then a new estimate for a new 3.5 ton unit. He stated he would call me back on Monday morning to get my total price but he totally forgot about me and said he sprained his leg over the weekend. I really believe his intention was never to fix the unit but to charge a service charge. I would never ever leave any bad reviews , never have, but I relied on Rick and my tenants couldn’t take the heat with their baby and had to get a hotel room for them. Tenant also stated he never even went inside to check the furnace, i called another company who did a Free estimate, thorough check, and sent me multiple quotes the same day. I own a remodeling/construction business and this is NOT how you do business. Always treat the customer like you would your own family, especially after they hire you!
