Dennis came out to repair loose soffit and fascia and caulk and repaint on the eve of our house. He communicated his schedule well, was on time, on budget and even recommended keeping some wood I had expected to have to replace because it was in great shape. He took his time and did the job right. Really glad to have him work for us - he’s definitely on the call back for other work list.
