First, I would like to say that Misty is a great person and personable. Her work was well; however, the quality was rushed on the last day of work. Some areas of the cabinets and walls were completely missed. I informed Misty that her worker had painted one area under the cabinet blue and left the other side white. She stated over the phone that she informed the worker that both sides should be white. If I wanted it corrected, I would have to buy white paint as she didn't have any available. My wife and I were not able to do a walk through on the final day due to another obligation. My wife paid the invoice based on the pictures provided. The main reason for the poor rating is the quality of the initial work and the delay in a scheduling a touch up. When initially scheduling a touch up, Misty stated that she was booked. The job was completed September 12th, and the touch up occurred on November 4th. There are still some areas that need to be touched up, but I will do those myself. At a distance, the job looks good; however, the are still some minor touch-ups. I will attach photos from the initial painting.

I called Misty on short notice and she came out the next day. I had a showing of my house with a realtor in two days and the the last painter did a terrible job and she repaint everything. And was cheaper than the first painter

I found Misty from 360 Painting Solutions on thumbtack and had her come out to give me an estimate on painting my house. Upon arrival we discussed everything that I wanted done which included the main entree and back patio but to save money I decided to paint the entree and back patio myself. I have to say- I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to leaving this review! From the street view, the house is stunning but up close and to the naked eye there are places where I feel that should have been addressed, touched up and finished before paying her for services. Her final day that she was here I was sick with Covid and simply could not do a final walk thru. Two days after she was paid I texted pictures to address some issues that were left unfinished. I trusted her and she said she would come back to do touch ups on the areas that I took pictures of. I was quoted a price for the job and paid for materials out of pocket which is expected. The agreement was to paint the exterior brick, eves, overhang, garage door and gutters! I received exactly what was discussed however there are several places that should have been touched up that are unfinished. I was charged sales tax on materials I had paid for that were already charged sales tax on. She claimed that she painted my gutters and garage door for free but that was part of the agreement when we first did a walk thru for an estimate. I had two other companies come out and quote me very similar pricing but I decided to go with Misty because she was kind when I met her. I reached out to see when she would be back to do the touch ups on the areas that were left unfinished and she wanted to charge me a service charge because its a "special trip"! NO! Bellow are pictures of the areas that were left unattended/ ignored. In conclusion- Get it all in writing at the start of services. I understand with home projects there are always fees that come up but what I find really unfair is that the job wasn't completed in my eyes. I know the state of Mississippi has a sales tax rate of 7% which has been in place since 1930. Why was I charged 9%? Why was a charged sales tax on material I purchased that were already charged sales tax on? Why am I having to do my own touch ups? Just make sure you cross every T and dot ever I before hiring!
