- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are competitively priced with the market we keep check on what other companies are charging and all pricing is up for discussion but some companies now are cheap because you get cheap work we give you the quality you deserve and will last with a warranty on our work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we love to do on site quotes but will do one based on customers information to be sure we do good prices set a time that fits the customer schedule get on the finish in a reasonable amount of time payment in full is due on completion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
hands on experience on the job training for 15 years
