- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with our customers. We understand that people face financial difficulties and many times are not able to pay a full bill at one time. We offer various discounts, as well as payment plans to help our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with discussing with the client to determine what their specific need is for the job needing to be accomplished. We then, if needed, give suggestions to the client on certain things within the realm of the desired project. We always include the client in every step of the project the best that we are able to do, safely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for over 20 years. I had my own business for a number of years doing commercial and residential maintenance work, then decided to step way for a time. Been back doing this work for the past two to three years.
