We Refine everything from flooring to roofing. There's know need to call multiple companies in order to complete a project. I enjoy every aspect of my work. I'll really like taking something old and Refining it. Experience shows that changing a few things in a home/business can really change the mood. Wood finishing is one of my many favorites. Seeing the look on the clients face when it's complete is my proudest moment.

I almost don't want to write this review because if everybody finds out how great Glen is, he'll be too busy for us to hire him again! Everything about working with Glen is just perfect. He is incredibly prompt, communicative, and absurdly talented. We hired him to build four projects for us and they are all better than we'd ever imagined. He delivered and installed them exactly when he said he would and with incredible attention to detail. And it's not like we commissioned simple projects. He built & installed a 13' tall storage unit that we ended up calling "the behemoth." He created a banquette for our historic, angled bay kitchen, and scribed it to our historic, sloping floors. He turned legs for benches to match an existing table. He built a kitchenette for the mother-in-law space that has just the most uncommon dimensions. Everything fits like a glove. Couldn't be happier with the experience and we're already drawing up plans to hire him again.

Glen made our visions come true! Super easy to work with, reliable and very prompt about responding. We had our cabinets repainted, an office nook converted to a coffee/wet bar with extra shelving added, a ventilated hood range placed, plus some other minor things we asked along the way. He pays attention to details and cleans up after the day is done. We are looking forward to future projects with Refined!

Glen was prompt in refinishing our table top, matched the rest of the table. Since then, we had him paint our house, replace screening and doors in our porch, and rehab a dining room chair. Good work, pleasant attitude!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for the type of work that I do is hard to set. I can give an estimate if approached online without seeing, however that is an estimate. It's always better to see what your pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing would be to find out what changes the customer would like to make. Then we narrow down the options according to preference and price. Then Refine the areas deemed necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Know formal trade education, however substantial experience.
