My pricing is straightforward and customized to fit your needs. I offer hourly rates starting at $45, with flat-rate options available for larger or more complex projects. Travel fees may apply for clients outside my local area, such as New Orleans, but I always discuss costs upfront so there are no surprises. I also offer discounts for recurring services and referrals—because I believe in rewarding loyalty and community support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a friendly conversation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. Whether it’s organizing, deep cleaning, or decluttering, I tailor each service to your comfort level and priorities. I offer judgment-free support and work at your pace—whether side-by-side or independently. Every project starts with a plan that’s as unique as you are, and I’m here to make the process feel empowering, not overwhelming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built Spotless Home Solutions from the ground up, learning everything from branding and client care to tech setup and service delivery. My training comes from hands-on experience—working with real people in real homes. I stay current on best practices in residential cleaning and organizing, and I’m constantly expanding my skills to better serve clients, especially those in rural or underserved areas. Every job teaches me something new, and I bring that knowledge into every space I clean.
