Introduction

I have been listening to other people’s problems for over 15 years. It gives me joy to help guide my clients to a place of serenity while making difficult life changes. There are times when we all need to vent or just talk through our choices outside of our “own heads”. Serenity Sessions is that place. There is no judgment or pushing you faster than you are able to go. There is a season for everything, and the goal is always to help you to be present and productive wherever you are in life. I have over 25 years experience of marriage and child-rearing. I love life and my passion is helping others enjoy the "life process" too.
