I would absolutely refer Dilliard Digital for capturing all of your personal/family memories. From the point of contact until the time the portraits were delivered to us, Latrice kept in contact and were very transparent about everything. Both Photographers: Latrice & Jeremy made the photos shoot fun and professional. We look forward toward to using Dilliard Digital again. Excellent!! Latrice and her husband showed up and captured our day in a way we only dreamed about. They were both so nice and easy to work with. Some people thought they were part of the family. The pictures they took were so professional. She had a link to my photos ready in less than 2 days. I am so happy and appreciative. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dillard Digitals did an amazing job at doing my newborn baby’s shoot. She handled my baby well, was respectful and courteous. She made us very comfortable and was able to capture our feelings and emotions very appropriately, and we were very happy with the results. I’ve already given out her information to several of my friends. She’s new but good at her work and willing to work with you to create what you want. She works within your budget, and Overall I would use her every time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a variety of considerations that should be considered in regards to pricing. There are packages available along with hourly rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to make sure to make myself available to answer any questions. Prior to planning, we discuss desired colors, themes, and locations along with the types of photographs that they would like taken. Once the basics have been discussed, then information about lighting and poses are discussed concerning the clients preferences. Once deposits are paid, then confirmations are done regularly with the client just to check in on any needs. Email is sent with all information that was discussed for the clients records.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began as a hobbyist. Once I started learning different techniques and editing software, I found that I loved photography.
