These two men are not professional at all. They installed the microwave oven not following the instruction manual. They didn't put the exhaust adaptor. Connecting the house duct was terrible. The cabinet was not neatly finished. After payment, they have never responded me.

He was terrible and did horrible work. Showed up unprepared with wife and two infants in tow. Smoked in my area after I requested him not to. He "forgot" to tell me the product needed to cure and would have to come back to finish job in 24 hours. He made a mess and left a mess - no responsibility / accountability for his work area. His hands were filthy; I had to ask him several time to either wash his hands or stop touching my walls. He did neither - I had to take a Magic Eraser to every area he worked. When he said he was "on his way" - he showed up 2 hours later. The end result was hideous - he then stated he needed more materials and left for Home Depot - only to never return AFTER I paid him $300! I then had to pay a REAL contractor $500 to fix his shoddy work in a timely manner. Clearly this guy new nothing about the job he states he's a subject matter expert in. I will also report him to the Better Business Bureau - stay away!
