J&K Handyman Services was one of about 4 that responded. Joseph was the only one of the 4 that showed up when he said he would and the only one that showed up, period. What we had posted was a very small job, putting up the replacement awning, but he treated it as if it was the biggest job he had ever done. He came to give us an estimate on a Saturday and returned about 30 minutes later and did the job. Joseph is very friendly but quite professional and there seems to be no limit to what he can do. Because of the way he treated our small job, he is now working up an estimate for a very big job(s). We will call Joseph from now on for any handyman work we need. Treat yourself to a pro that values his work and his reputation. Thank you Joseph.
