- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on customer preference. The complexity of a project can alter the price as each customer has their own style and tastes. I like to be fair and reasonable for both the customer and myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather all the information from the customer in regards to needs, wants, and expectations. Getting a clear picture of what the customer requires, ensures complete satisfaction and builds trust with the customer. I want the customer to feel confident that their project will be done correctly and efficiently.
