- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide free estimates, though I normally charge 10 cents a sqft for the first time cleaning and after that if you want a recurring service the price is reduced depending on how often you want us to come.Please look in the media section for a detailed list of what all comes in the detailed/ deep Cleanings and move in/out Cleanings where you will know what all will be done. Windows are 10$ in/out ,if you want the screens cleaned add 3$ for each screen. We are very understanding at are willing to work within our clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would go in for the free estimate and discuss what you are wanting our company to provide for you, then we will go over our schedules and work out what is best for the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have your goals and questions written down so you don't forget or get side tracked when discussing your quote.
