It's not easy to get the right answer. I had a job where a server wouldn't work. I charged the owner $101.00, and then I kicked the server and it started working. the owner was upset that I charged as much as I did. I told him I only charged $1 for the kick, and I charged him the $100 for knowing where to kick it.
