- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free and are best performed in person so we can assess the full scope of the project. We charge $100 per hour with a two hour minimum for work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office manager performs intake and collects data about the customer and the project. We schedule a free estimate at a convenient time. We provide a copy of the completed estimate as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours, for the customer's review. We make any necessary changes, then collect 50% deposit. We schedule the job at the best time for the customer. We text when we are on the way, when the job starts, and when the job is completed. Our office manager sends an invoice for the remaining balance.
