When we bought our house Daniel came in and helped fix things up for us. He replaced a hot water heater, cedar post on back porch, some faucets that were leaky, and fixed some siding. He placed all the appliances and also did some roof repair. He was very professional, quick, and courteous. We will be using him again soon!We had Daniel to come back. He replaced the guts in the toilet, fixed the handle on my sink, Fixed the garage door chain and the siding, and he hung our outdoor blinds on the patio. He was fast and great communication!

They repaired our ceiling where my husband fell through from the attic. You would never know we had a hole. He also fixed a gutter and hung an antique light fixture.Fabulous company and great work. Highly recommended!

We have used Daniel several times and have always been pleased. He replaced corner boards on our house that were moldy and rotten. He painted them but the mold grew back. He came back and replaced it for free. All this time he was at the end of my flowerbed and made sure not to damage anything. He pays attention to detail. Paint goes on walls not light fixtures. My favorite thing he did for us was build a corner desk to my specifications using my filing cabinets as the base. He comes when he says and if he is going to be late, he calls.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free and are best performed in person so we can assess the full scope of the project. We charge $100 per hour with a two hour minimum for work performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office manager performs intake and collects data about the customer and the project. We schedule a free estimate at a convenient time. We provide a copy of the completed estimate as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours, for the customer's review. We make any necessary changes, then collect 50% deposit. We schedule the job at the best time for the customer. We text when we are on the way, when the job starts, and when the job is completed. Our office manager sends an invoice for the remaining balance.
