- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three different packages for each event type. That gives our clients options on what best fits them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting them for starters to get the feel of their personality. With that experience I'm able to customize all the decor to match their personality and theme of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified event coordinator. I have been handling events and decor for 8 or more years and I enjoy every moment of it. Three years in college for psychology and a completion course of business management.
