- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $10 discount to college students, military and first responders with ID or Badge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally customer will bring his or her phone to our store. I have tried mobile repair in the past but it’s really hard to have everything that you need outside of our shop. When a customer comes in they will have their item checked in and they will be fixed in the order in which they come in. No appointment is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started repairing computers before finishing high school and tearing down and rebuilding laptops while in college. I have an associates degree from East Central Community College in Decatur and an Electrical Engineering Degree from MSU. I am also experienced and certified in ViaSat Internet and Hughesnet Internet Sales and Installations.
