We specialize in Professional PC and Cell Phone Repair. Founded in September 2008 in Louisville Gators has grown to 5 locations throughout Central & North Mississippi. Gators in Starkville is also Starkville's FIRST cell phone repair store! We have been repairing phone since 2010 and we strive to insure the best quality repair at a fair and reasonable price. We recently relocated in Starkville from Highway 12 to Louisville St next door to Highway 25 Garage! We include a "limited lifetime warranty on all phone repairs" excluding physical damage. In addition to the repair services that we offer we also offer the following satellite internet through companies such as: HUGHESNET and ViaSat Internet as retailers or dealers. ViaSat Internet currently recognizes us as an Elite Dealer for our area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $10 discount to college students, military and first responders with ID or Badge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally customer will bring his or her phone to our store. I have tried mobile repair in the past but it’s really hard to have everything that you need outside of our shop. When a customer comes in they will have their item checked in and they will be fixed in the order in which they come in. No appointment is necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started repairing computers before finishing high school and tearing down and rebuilding laptops while in college. I have an associates degree from East Central Community College in Decatur and an Electrical Engineering Degree from MSU. I am also experienced and certified in ViaSat Internet and Hughesnet Internet Sales and Installations.
