- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$35/hour is my standard rate for PC support, with most jobs falling within the $60-$80 range. I'll never go over $150 for labor charges. Ever. Flyer design (only) is generally $50-$85 (includes post-production prep), websites start at $500, logos start at $75.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll generally meet the customer in a public location, get their computer from them and have their project complete within 24 hours, sometimes same day. With graphic design/desktop publication a simple phone call and email of content will work, and i'll work on a flyer (websites require a 50% deposit) with payment invoiced after work completed.
