FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Plumbing it's mostly done per fixture for New Construction. In Service work I usually have a set price for most everything and if I give a price I will not jack it up, never. In construction I look at the materials and the time it should take to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm Always early and introduce myself right out the gate and look them in the eye. And discuss all parts of the job to be done and take notes before starting that way there's no mistakes. Most of the time they will make changes during the job and there's no extra charge if that part hasn't already been done, I'll ask everyday if their thinking of some changes. I Always want my people happy all during the job and feel comfortable at all times to tell me or ask if they fill the need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Plumber for 21 yrs and General Contractor/ Builder for about 15. All my people have excellent work skills and they do nice clean work, that's hard to find, I have someone for every aspect of Construction
