I called Comfortable Guardians about a problem I was having with my duct work and overall Air Conditioning issues. I was given an appointment and Alan showed up today to address the potential issue. Being a new homeowner others that I had called previously never showed nor called. Within an hour Alan offered me a solution to my air flow problem and a timely date it could be addressed. Alan detailed every step and gave me a very reasonable price to fix everything. If you are tired of broken appointments, being ripped off and want truthful solutions then I highly recommend Comfort Guardians for all your HVAC work. Thank you for being so honest.

This is who ill be calling for life, I cant recommend them enough. About three months ago, our A/C stopped cooling. We had three other people come out, all of whom wouldnt even attempt a repair and quoted us 10-20k+ for new full replacements. Alan took the time, figured out the issue and gave us options. He set us up with a temporary fix to get us cooling again and gave us a path for a more permanent repair when we were ready. We called him back a month later and he got everything done that week. Our house isnt insulated very well, but we just had the hottest day of the summer and the inside stayed cooler than ever. Our A/C system is old, we know we will need to replace it soon enough, but we werent prepared to have it done this year. Thank you for saving our summer!

Extremely good service. Came out a little late on a Sunday and got it fixed very quickly. He even showed me how to fix it and help prep it for next time. Highly recommend giving a call!

Alan was amazing. He provided wonderful service and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. After discovering the issue was not our equipment but the local utility company, as he was leaving, he located the utility company crew working down the road and inquired about the issue. We did not ask nor expect him to do this. He then relayed the information from the utility crew to me via phone. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be using The Comfort Guardians in the future.
