FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge 30 per day for my services. My services are strictly done according to the schedule that the owner provides. Even if the owner would like for their dog to be walked 4-5 times per day, the daily charge stays the same. Changes in the service price goes up if there are 3 or more pets involved, but pricing is still reasonable and affordable. I'm open to negotiations because I want to make sure that I get a fair price for my services without my clients feeling like they are being ripped off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet! It’s so fun and exciting! I meet the client and their pets and get a few personal tips about each pet. The client and I go over their schedules/routines that they would like for me to stick to, and we do a walk through of what is expected of me each day. I like to stay in contact with the owners frequently and make them feel welcomed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Animal and Dairy Science, but before that, I started working in an animal clinic at age 16, and I’ve been there every since. I’ve had lots and lots of hands on experience with all different species, but my specialty is cats and dogs ♥️😃
