- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is the same for everyone, we estimate every project thoroughly through our estimate spreadsheet to accurately include all details so there will be no hidden costs to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a meeting to introduce ourselves and discuss the vision of the project. Then a proposal submitted from our company to the customer. Agreement on plans and budget. Communication on start date, production of the work, completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of real world, on the job, landscaping experience. Training as a foreman and leader who learned problem solving and proper techniques. Business- Working for a franchise contracting company as a Franchise Owner in college overseeing up to 15 employees at a time, moving up to General Manager of Montana and Idaho after college overseeing 18 Franchise Owners and $1.3 million of annual revenue. Training in: Hiring, Coaching, Estimating, Production, Customer Satisfaction. Current Business Owner- Starting my own business from the ground up and working to develop the right people for our team. Providing our customers with professional service.
